켄터키 바즈타운, 석회암 물과 극단적인 기온차가 빚는 풍토 위에서 윌렛은 가족 경영의 고집스러운 버번을 길러낸다. 6년을 보낸 이 켄터키 스트레이트 버번은 짙은 구릿빛을 띠고, 향에서는 카라멜과 호밀 빵, 잘 익은 체리가 강하게 피어오른다. 64.7도의 높은 도수는 토피와 옥수수의 둥근 단맛, 후추 같은 호밀 스파이스로 두꺼운 질감을 그리며 입천장을 덮는다. 여운은 구운 오크와 계피, 다크초콜릿의 쌉쌀함으로 뜨겁고 길게 남는다.

With water: a little earthy varnish, a little candlewax, coconut, vanilla, stewed celeriac (very impressive), then cedarwood and cinnamon. Mouth (neat but with caution): big oranges, camphor, eucalyptus and sweeter peppers. And a lot of ethanol.
