화이트와인처럼 맑은 빛이 잔 속에 얇게 퍼진다. 이 헤이즐번 2010은 망고와 패션프루트를 떠올리게 하는 열대 과일의 향이 먼저 열리고, 그 아래로 분필 같은 미네랄과 그을음의 기운이 깔린다. 59.3도의 힘은 입안에서 백묵 섞인 레몬과 자몽의 산미로 번지며 초록빛 재의 인상을 남긴다. 여운은 뜻밖에 길고 짭조름해 캠벨타운의 바다를 또렷이 떠올리게 한다.
