연한 볏짚빛 아래에 밀랍과 해초의 향이 짙게 깔려 있다. 십이 년을 지낸 이 헤이즐번은 말린 열대 과일과 마지팬, 구두약을 떠올리게 하는 오래된 향의 층을 차례로 연다. 젖은 돌의 미네랄이 그 아래 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 말린 과일과 크렘 캐러멜, 바닐라 퍼지의 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르다 쌉쌀한 아몬드로 균형을 되찾는다. 여운은 훈제 햄의 고소함을 남기며 길게 이어진다.
