테이스팅 노트
PX 푼천과 호그스헤드가 21년 동안 글렌알라키 스피릿에 두꺼운 단맛을 빼곡히 새겨 넣은 결과가 향과 입에서 강하게 드러난다. 건포도와 흑설탕, 무화과 잼이 묵직하게 떠오른다. 51.4도의 입은 다크 초콜릿, 호두 페이스트, 짙은 가죽으로 풀바디로 흐른다. 짙은 마호가니가 잔에 깊게 머물고 여운은 가루 시나몬과 시가 박스, 마른 무화과로 길게 이어진다.

soft at first, leaf mulch, lemon polenta cake, old madeira, fir wood sap and hardwood resins. Indeed, it maintains this rather lofty and fragrant profile that encompasses sandalwood, dried herbs, bergamot, espresso and over time some rather dense notes of bitter orange marmalade. Clean, rich and rather complex. With water: many more orange notes emerge. Mandarin, crystallised orange, orange tea etc… there’s also some attractively savoury earthy and umami notes as well

Rather a lot of bitter herbal extracts, cloves and walnut oil now. With water: brown bread spread with treacle, toasted walnuts, Irish coffee, bitter lemon and more of these nicely punchy herbal bitters
