스페이사이드 애버라워 인근의 온화한 골짜기에서 글렌알라키는 여러 와인 캐스크를 능란하게 다루는 증류소로 이름났다. 10년 캐스크 스트렝스는 페드로 히메네스와 올로로소, 리오하 통을 겹쳐 58.2도의 힘을 채웠다. 잔에서는 붉고 검은 베리와 블랙체리, 체리 리큐어의 향이 진하게 오른다. 입안에서는 체리잼 같은 단맛에 후추와 생강이 힘차게 얹혀 흐른다. 여운은 길고 달콤하며 체리의 붉은 잔향으로 오래 남는다.
