테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 토마틴 36년 특유의 버번 배럴과 올로로소 셰리 벗이 만든 이중 캐스크의 균형이 명확하게 두드러진다. 잘 익은 황도와 잘 익은 자두 그리고 옅은 꿀이 함께 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 절제된 도수로 구조감을 우선하고 가죽과 다크초콜릿 그리고 시나몬의 구조가 단단하게 드러난다. 피니시는 길고 우드 향신료가 또렷이 깃들어 있으며 셰리의 마른 견과류 노트가 후반을 받친다. 토마틴 스몰 배치의 균형감이 분명하다.
