버번 배럴과 올로로소 셰리 버트가 만든 두 결의 풍미가 서른여섯 해 동안 토마틴의 골격을 함께 빚어낸다. 향은 마른 살구와 무화과, 호두 껍질로 천천히 풀려나간다. 입에서는 토피와 검은 차가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 46도의 알코올이 단정하게 균형을 잡는다. 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 또렷이 깃들어 있고 여운에는 묵은 오크와 비터 오렌지가 길게 이어진다.
