노즈에서는 올로로소 셰리 피니시를 거쳤음에도 토마틴 2002 특유의 시트러스 몰트와 리몬첼로 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 12년 숙성 46도의 이 큐아트로 시리즈는 셰리보다 밝은 레몬 캐릭터를 명확하게 드러낸다. 팰럿에서는 레몬과 라임, 은은한 대황의 산미가 층을 이루며 발전한다. 피니시는 레몬 커드의 상큼한 산미가 길게 이어지고 구조감이 산뜻하다.
