퍼스트필 모스카텔 바리크에서 마무리한 시간이 토마틴 15년에 화사한 색과 달콤한 과실의 결을 더했다. 2003년 증류한 이 위스키는 메이플 시럽과 스펀지 케이크, 바닐라와 라일락의 향이 부드럽고 화사하게 피어오른다. 46도의 도수 위로 팬케이크와 버터스카치, 아카시아 꿀의 은은한 단맛이 매끄럽게 입을 채운다. 모스카텔 와인 캐스크의 흔적이 커스터드처럼 둥글고 부드러운 질감을 만든다. 밝은 황금빛 아래로 달콤한 과일과 오렌지, 꿀의 여운이 부드럽게 오래 이어진다.
