테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 버번 배럴에 포트 파이프로 마무리한 토마틴 14년답게 배와 오렌지, 파인애플의 산뜻한 과실이 갓 벤 풀 위로 명확하게 드러난다. 옅은 바닐라와 구스베리가 향의 결을 맑게 다듬는다. 팰럿에서는 사과와 안젤리카, 복숭아가 두드러지며 드라이한 슈냉 블랑을 떠올리게 하는 순수함이 구조를 잡는다. 피니시는 같은 과실과 풀 내음으로 이어진다. 포트 피니시가 과하지 않게 스민 46도 토마틴다운 깔끔한 균형이 또렷하다.

Frankly, this tastes pretty young, but it’s rather immaculate. I cannot not think of some dry chenin blanc from the Loire Valley. Good body, perfect strength
