화이트 와인처럼 창백한 빛이 잔 안에서 서늘하게 반짝인다. 스프링뱅크에서 세 번 증류한 헤이즐번답게 향은 그을음과 솔벤트, 레몬즙의 새콤함으로 개성 있게 밀려든다. 캠벨타운의 이 위스키는 2000년 증류 후 10년을 보내며 특유의 날카로운 결을 다졌다. 52도의 도수에서 입안은 분필 같은 미네랄과 그을음, 레몬의 신맛으로 팽팽하다. 후추와 짭짤한 레몬의 여운이 길게 이어지다 잠잠해진다.
