테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 그을음과 흙, 쌉쌀한 초콜릿과 홍차 뒤로 마지팬과 소금 카라멜 향이 촘촘하게 드러난다. 1997년 증류해 15년을 보낸 이 헤이즐번은 프레시 셰리 호그스헤드에서 53.6도의 미네랄한 셰리 결을 발전시킨다. 팰럿에서는 부싯돌 같은 미네랄과 블러드 오렌지, 옅은 타르 향이 힘 있게 이어진다. 피니시는 호두 기름과 쌉쌀한 코코아, 은은한 피트가 길게 남아 구조가 견고하다.

Some slightly grubby notes of pencil erasers but also mushrooms, struck flints, saline minerals, blood orange and lightly tarry rope. Increasingly meaty as well with big notes of anthracite and cough syrups. With water: nice, more dark fruits and more leathery qualities.
