테이스팅 노트
셰리 호그스헤드가 갓 다섯 해를 넘긴 이 킬호만 2011에 색과 단맛을 빠르게 입혔다. 어린 아일라답게 향은 그을린 피트 연기와 붉은 건과일, 짭조름한 소금기가 거침없이 발전한다. 56.9도의 입안에서는 재와 말린 자두, 셰리 단맛이 또렷하게 부딪친다. 젊은 킬호만 특유의 날선 훈연이 셰리의 단맛과 팽팽하게 맞서고, 짙은 호박빛과 함께 여운은 피트와 흑설탕으로 길게 남는다.

indeed it is very okay. Not my preferred style at all but we’re rather geared towards blood oranges than industrial raspberry jam, so all is pretty fine, despite these heavy notes of bitter leaves and stems that are starting to invade your glass. long, with more blood oranges and some kinds of smoked figs. Rotting oranges
