버번 캐스크에 갓 담긴 2년의 원액이 킬호만의 어린 아일라 피트를 가감 없이 드러낸다. 갓 태어난 뉴 스피릿답게 과일과 바닐라 뒤로 후추와 연기, 타는 나무의 향이 날것으로 솟는다. 61.7도라는 극단적 도수 아래로 훈연한 재와 짭짤한 소금기, 배 사탕의 단맛이 뜨겁게 입을 친다. 이 위스키는 어리지만 곧게 뻗은 스모크와 바닐라의 여운을 길게 남긴다.
