테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 어린 킬호만답게 잘 익은 과일과 바닐라 위로 강한 훈연과 타는 나무 노트가 드러난다. 61.9도의 높은 도수가 스피릿의 힘을 그대로 전한다. 팰럿은 기름진 질감 속에 재와 후추, 옅은 단맛이 단단하게 발전한다. 2년밖에 되지 않은 뉴 스피릿답게 갓 문을 연 아일라 신생 증류소의 초기 모습을 보여준다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 배 사탕 같은 단맛과 훈연의 잔향이 남는다.
