this is quite superb as well but completely different, much more on dried fruits, quinces, figs, dates, coffee… Now, it does become a little ‘fino-ish’ after a while, quite grassy as well… But the high alcohol takes control after that and kind of blocks the whole. With water: this is really funny, water worked very well here, letting a lot of camphor, eucalyptus and mint come through. Cider apples as well
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
really strong! Many unexpected notes, especially medicinal ones. Some cardamom as well, pepper, nutmeg (huge). It’s too hard for me, let’s add water. With water: once again, that works, even if water brought these bubblegummy notes that aren’t always very… elegant. Great body, many spices. A little butter
timer 피니시
long, balanced, both grassy and fruity (and spicy)
