테이스팅 노트
맑은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 부드럽게 비친다. 버터를 두른 팝콘과 퍼지, 오래된 럼의 향이 먼저 열리고 그 사이로 라벤더와 제비꽃 같은 작은 꽃의 기척이 스친다. 물을 더하면 진저브레드와 헤더 꿀이 넓게 퍼진다. 입에서는 오렌지 초콜릿 과자와 아몬드, 장미향 젤리와 리치가 이어지며 향수를 떠올리게 하는 결이 있다. 1996년 원액이 스물세 해를 지나며 얻은 복잡함이다. 여운은 길고 향신료가 있으며 군밤과 블러드 오렌지를 남긴다.

Rose-flavoured Turkish delights, litchis, gewurztraminer... With water: lovely, it gets drier, more herbal, rootier as well… Chicory, celeriac, turmeric… That’s nice!
