테이스팅 노트
맑은 금빛이 잔 속에서 가볍게 비친다. 꿀을 입힌 배와 갓 빻은 곡물, 슈거파우더를 뿌린 페이스트리의 향이 차례로 열린다. 그 끝에 레몬 사탕과 옅은 장뇌의 기척이 스친다. 입에서는 옥수수가 주는 얇고 가벼운 질감 위로 흐르는 꿀과 구운 시리얼, 설탕에 절인 오렌지 껍질이 지나간다. 47.9도라는 도수가 이 가벼움을 해치지 않는다. 여운은 짧은 편이며 레몬 셔벗과 옥수수 시럽의 단맛만 남기고 물러난다.
