잔을 흔들면 밀짚처럼 옅은 색이 유리 벽을 가볍게 타고 내린다. 코를 가져가면 버번치고는 놀랍도록 부드러운 바닐라와 브리오슈, 누가와 팝콘이 차례로 올라오고 귤 껍질이 끝을 밝힌다. 한 모금을 머금으면 풀과 허브, 이끼 같은 초록 계열이 먼저 지나가고 뒤늦게 계피와 순한 후추가 붙는다. 46도로 담은 이 12년 숙성 헤븐힐은 삼킨 뒤 초록 자두와 루바브가 오크와 함께 길게 이어진다.
