향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
짙은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 고여 있다. 1995년 빈티지를 23년간 길러 낸 크라이겔라키 익셉셔널 캐스크 시리즈다. 잘 익은 파인애플과 밀랍, 옅은 성냥불 같은 향이 독특하게 어우러진다. 46도의 도수에서 입은 농축된 꿀과 구운 보리, 살짝 기름진 질감으로 흐른다. 묵직한 개성으로 이름난 스페이사이드 증류소의 색깔이 뚜렷하다. 왁스 같은 질감의 여운이 입천장에 오래 머문다.

I'm not fond of the pseudo-Victorian design of the bottles at all, but the juice they've put inside is just ueber-first-grade, stunningly salty, ridden with earthy teas and curries, walnut oils and wines, umami sauce, old dry Madeira, and just… seawater. Holy Suzy!

long and grand. Wonderful oiliness, splendid old kirschwasser. Not sure how they did that. The aftertaste is dirty and drying, but that will appeal to our masochistic side (what? Who said that?)
