향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 빛에 비추면 롱몬의 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 따라 부드럽게 흘러내린다. 코끝에 가져가면 퍼스트필 셰리 버트가 입힌 건포도와 잘 익은 자두, 바닐라 향이 풍성하게 피어오른다. 43도의 한 모금을 입에 굴리면 15년 숙성이 다듬은 토피와 오렌지, 볶은 아몬드의 단맛이 부드럽게 혀를 감싼다. 삼키고 나면 셰리의 달큰함과 옅은 향신료가 입천장을 덮으며 천천히 사그라든다. 마지막까지 잘 익은 과일 향이 머문다.

Goes on with notes of blood orange, crystallised lemon peel, a very light waxiness and some freshly bailed hay. Just superb!
