향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 이끼와 버섯, 젖은 흙 같은 묵직한 뉘앙스가 두드러지며 시가와 비 온 뒤의 풀, 루바브가 뒤를 잇는다. 1985년 빈티지를 28년 숙성한 이 롱몬은 오랜 숙성이 만든 복합성이 명확하게 드러난다. 53.8도의 팰럿은 사과와 흙, 키르슈와 체리가 힘 있는 골격으로 전개된다. 스페이사이드 몰트의 깊이가 선명하다. 피니시는 길고 과일 중심적이며 풀의 쌉쌀함이 여운을 정돈한다.

ah this is very different again, this time there’s a mustiness, moss, mushrooms, some damp earth and sand, then cigars, grasses after the rain, then rhubarb and kiwis (yup, pretty green)… I quite love this! With water: relay lovely! More cigars, woods, incense, earth…
