잔을 기울여 돌리면 어두운 마호가니빛이 잔 벽에 진하게 묻어난다. 코를 묻으면 글렌드로낙다운 페드로 히메네스 셰리의 건포도와 무화과, 다크초콜릿 향이 풍성하게 밀려온다. 한 모금 머금으면 20년 숙성한 셰리 펀천의 진득한 단맛이 혀를 감싸고 54.8도의 기운이 말린 자두와 가죽을 끌어올린다. 삼키고 나면 흑설탕과 향신료가 길고 묵직하게 이어진다.
