페드로 히메네스 셰리 펀천이 1994년 글렌드로낙을 20년 동안 진하게 길들인 결과가 잔 안에 짙게 자리한다. 향에서는 무화과 콩피와 건자두, 다크 체리가 또렷이 드러나고 캐스크의 흔적인 발사믹 같은 산미가 뒤따른다. 입에서는 살구 잼과 다크 초콜릿, 정향의 진한 단맛이 입천장을 천천히 덮는다. 52.2도의 알코올이 셰리의 무게를 단단히 받치며 짙은 마호가니색이 잔 안쪽에 깊게 비친다.
