동부 하이랜드 포그 계곡의 글렌드로낙은 진한 셰리 숙성으로 이름난 증류소다. 페드로 히메네스 펀천이 입힌 검붉은 마호가니빛이 잔을 가득 채운다. 1994년 빈티지 18년 싱글 캐스크에서 건자두와 다크초콜릿, 흑설탕 향이 진하게 솟는다. 입에서는 농축된 건포도와 호두, 가죽이 55.1도의 힘으로 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 여운은 길고 쌉싸름한 코코아와 마른 향신료가 깊게 남는다.
