테이스팅 노트
하일랜드 애버딘셔의 셰리 숙성 전통으로 이름난 글렌드로낙의 1990 싱글 캐스크다. 페드로 히메네스 펀천이 남긴 황금빛이 잔에 어린다. 코에서는 으깬 체리와 풀, 복숭아 잎에 니스와 커리 같은 날것의 뉘앙스가 겹쳐 아직 거친 인상을 준다. 54.9도의 도수로 입에서는 오렌지 스쿼시와 후추, 푸른 줄기에 씁쓸한 오크가 밀려온다. 물을 더하면 오렌지가 살아나 한결 부드러워지며, 여운은 씁쓸하고 풋풋한 결로 남는다.
