향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 레몬과 밀랍, 오래된 잡지와 구리 동전 같은 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 글렌드로낙 1963은 직화 증류 시절의 스타일을 담은 오래된 하이랜드 몰트로, 지금보다 기름지고 묵직한 개성이 살아 있다. 팰럿은 왁스 같은 질감 위로 시트러스와 소금기, 그을음과 재의 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 팽팽한 산미와 기름진 무게가 맞물려 구조가 단단하고 입체적이다. 옛 증류 방식다운 두꺼운 질감이 개성의 중심을 이룬다. 여운은 짭조름한 미네랄과 왁스의 결이 길게 이어진다.
