올드 보틀 글렌드로낙 12년 덤피는 노즈에서 와인 같은 스파이스와 옅은 스모크, 미라벨 자두 파이의 달콤함이 함께 드러난다. 호박빛 색이 예고하듯 셰리 영향이 또렷하다. 43도의 팰럿은 잘 익은 자두와 시나몬, 설타나가 흑설탕과 어우러지며 둥근 질감으로 발전한다. 타르트 타탱과 정향, 감초가 뒤를 잇고, 피니시는 풀 같은 왁스감으로 제법 길게 이어진다.
