하이랜드에서 드물게 피트를 입는 아드모어 2010년이 리필 호그스헤드에서 13년을 보내고 옅은 황금빛으로 잔에 담긴다. 코끝에는 마른 건초와 모닥불 연기, 꿀의 향이 어우러져 피어오르고, 옅은 보리가 뒤따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 구운 사과와 보리, 옅은 스모크의 풍미가 두껍게 입을 채우고, 하이랜드 피트 특유의 부드러운 연기가 혀를 감싼다. 56.6도의 기운이 곧게 차오르며, 마지막에는 달큰한 연기와 곡물의 여운이 길게 남는다.
