테이스팅 노트
잔을 돌리면 2010년 아드모어가 옅은 황금빛을 잔 벽에 입힌다. 하이랜드에서는 드문 피트 몰트답게 코끝에 가져가면 마른 풀과 흙내음, 가벼운 훈연이 바닐라와 함께 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 여과를 거치지 않은 로 캐스크답게 60.4도의 거친 기운이 입을 채우며 보리 단맛과 매콤한 후추, 재가 거칠게 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 묵직한 훈연과 곡물의 단맛이 혀끝에 깊게 머문다.
