테이스팅 노트
아델피가 병입한 아드모어 2000은 노즈부터 원액에 가장 가까운 결로, 날것의 스모크와 보리, 훈연한 죽에 젖은 자갈과 그을음이 절제되게 두드러진다. 물을 더하면 더 근엄해지며 스모크드 포리지와 재로 발전한다. 58.4도의 팰럿은 오크 영향이 적은 대신 멘톨 같은 훈연이 풋사과와 덜 익은 복숭아 위로 밀려들며 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 재와 화이트 페퍼로 길게 이어진다.
