테이스팅 노트
1975년에 증류된 벤리악이 28년의 시간을 셰리 호그스헤드에서 보내고 잔에 깊은 호박빛으로 내려앉는다. 향에는 잘 익은 멜론과 말린 살구, 오래된 목재의 단내가 층층이 오르며 열대 과실의 결이 그 사이로 번진다. 57.1도의 입맛은 꿀과 건포도, 가벼운 향신료를 풍성하게 풀어내며 입안을 진하게 적신다. 긴 여운에는 말린 과실과 은은한 오크의 단맛이 오래 이어진다.

quite creamy and nutty. Whiffs of peat and pepper. Develops on dried fruits, orange zest and caramel, with a little vanilla. Rather long and spicy finish, with a good balance. Here’s Signatory Vintage’s new ‘Cask Strength’ bottle, the former dumpy having been discontinued. This Benriach comes from the peated runs Seagram was doing in the past for blending purpose.
