맑은 밀짚빛이 잔에 산뜻하게 빛난다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 8년 담은 글렌 모레이 2007은 60.9도의 높은 도수답게 향부터 알코올의 기운이 앞선다. 갓 자른 사과와 몰트, 바닐라의 젊은 향이 곧게 피어오르고, 입안에서는 날것의 힘 뒤로 레몬과 꿀의 단맛이 물과 함께 살며시 드러난다. 여운은 오크에서 온 후추의 알싸함이 중간 길이로 남는다.
