테이스팅 노트
초반 노즈는 벤 네비스 특유의 진한 과일과 왁시한 질감, 가벼운 흙내음이 이끈다. 호그스헤드에서 온 바닐라와 꿀, 마른 풀 향이 그 위로 명확하게 드러난다. 입에서는 52.3%에서 진하면서도 23년 숙성이 빚어낸 잘 익은 과실과 오크, 가벼운 향신료가 단단한 구조감을 이룬다. 하이랜드 증류소다운 묵직한 골격이 풍미를 받친다. 여운은 길고 따뜻하며 마른 과일과 참나무가 천천히 발전한다. 잘 익은 벤 네비스의 깊이가 오래 기억에 남는다.

With water: gets more peppery, spicier, drier and the waxiness becomes more brittle and drying. Big, chunky cereal tones, dried banana chips and some herbal notes
