향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 벤 네비스다운 묵직한 보리 단맛과 잘 익은 열대과일, 가벼운 왁스 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 53.5도에서 리필 버트가 준 마른 과일과 꿀, 가벼운 가죽이 차례로 발전하며 오일리한 질감이 중심을 잡는다. 27년의 긴 숙성이 강건한 스피릿을 다듬어 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 백후추가 또렷이 깃들어 길게 이어지는, 클럽 칭이 고른 개성 강한 하이랜드 몰트다.

full gold more expressive than the Dumbarton but still a bit shy. More on apple juice and sandalwood, maybe hints of incense and also a little wet moss. But again, that’s all. Nicer than the Dumbarton, though
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
oh well, it’s much better than the Dumbarton but still not quite pleasant, with its notes of rotting oranges and stale bread. It does improve, though, with interesting hints of rose jelly, cider apples and Turkish delights. A little ginger tonic as well. Also a pleasant oakiness and a rather long finish that makes me think of middle-shelf calvados. A nice old grain whisky (again!)
