테이스팅 노트
짙은 앰버빛이 잔 속에 물드는 벤 네비스 2021이다. 올로로소 셰리 옥타브에서 단 3년을 보냈을 뿐인데도 작은 통의 영향이 강렬해, 코에는 타르와 약재, 소나무 진과 그을린 흙내음이 묵직하게 밀려온다. 56.8도의 한 모금은 리큐어처럼 진하고 멘톨과 타르, 쌉쌀한 허브의 풍미가 뒤엉킨다. 어린 위스키답지 않은 개성이 놀랍고, 여운은 타르와 짭조름한 바닷내음으로 길게 이어진다.

I am not joking and am finding this lovely and very pleasantly 'different'
