향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
첫 향은 바나나 껍질과 잘 익은 사과, 밀랍과 옅은 바다 향으로 열린다. 벤 네비스 1996은 프레시 버번 캐스크에서 12년을 보낸 46도 하이랜드 싱글 캐스크로, 증류소 특유의 기름지고 묵직한 개성이 배어 있다. 팰럿은 향보다 더 조밀하고 정확하며 짭조름한 결이 또렷하게 두드러진다. 절제된 구성이 깔끔한 선을 그리며 균형을 단단하게 잡는다. 프레시 오크의 옅은 바닐라가 기름진 스피릿을 받친다. 짭조름한 미네랄이 기름진 결 위로 또렷하게 이어진다. 여운은 매우 길고 우아하며 소금기와 향신료, 쌉쌀함이 이어진다.
