테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 벤네비스 특유의 밀랍 같은 질감과 잘 익은 열대 과일, 바닐라의 향이 먼저 두드러지고 옅은 흙내가 깔린다. 1996년 증류해 신선한 부르봉 캐스크에서 18년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 하이랜드의 묵직한 개성을 담았다. 팰럿에서는 파인애플과 꿀, 가벼운 오크의 풍미가 발전하며 47.2도가 둥글게 받쳐준다. 입안을 감싸는 기름진 질감이 인상적이다. 피니시는 길고 기름지며 곡물의 고소함과 살짝 흙내 나는 끝맛이 남는다. 벤네비스 특유의 왁시한 구조감이 명확한 한 잔이다.
