잔을 천천히 돌리면 1968년의 세월이 빚은 옅은 호박빛이 유리에 감긴다. 코를 가져가면 글렌 그란트다운 잘 익은 사과와 마른 건초, 꿀의 향이 차분하게 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 21년 숙성이 다듬은 매끄러운 과실미가 40도의 가벼운 몸으로 혀를 적신다. 삼키고 나면 옅은 향신료와 오래된 오크의 여운이 입천장에 또렷이 깃들어 정갈하게 마무리된다.
