잔을 흔들면 1971년 빈티지 15년 모틀락의 짙은 호박빛이 잔 안을 적신다. 잔을 가져가면 R.W. 더티 86 US 프루프 보틀링답게 잘 익은 자두와 마른 헤이즐넛이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43도의 둥근 보디가 흑꿀과 호두를 입천장에 미끄러뜨린다. 삼킨 뒤를 따라가면 모틀락 옛 스타일다운 광택 있는 고기 같은 보디와 옅은 정향이 길게 이어진다.

I've always been thinking that Fernet Branca was very Mortlach, and conversely. Tends to become drier and drier, almost bitter. Naively biting into a Seville orange - I speak from personal experience
