향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 짙은 적갈색이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 돈다. 코를 가져가면 스페이사이드 모틀락이 퍼스트필 셰리 버트에서 끌어낸 건포도와 가죽, 다크초콜릿 향이 진하게 올라온다. 19년 숙성에 58.4도를 가진 이 보틀링을 한 모금 머금으면 모틀락 특유의 묵직한 육향과 말린 자두, 정향이 혀를 강하게 감싼다. 삼키고 나면 진한 셰리와 가죽의 끝맛이 입안에 오래 이어진다.

Some very nice notes of hot cake after a while, violet (very temporary), liquorice… Not a cracker, gets a little rougher than the Samaroli at third or fourth nosing. Quite some oak despite its young age
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
a little rounder again at the attack but just as liquoricy as the Samaroli. Quite candied, nougatty and grassy at the same time. Quite some tea as well, both ‘regular’ and earl grey, white pepper. Gets closer and closer to the 1988 but maybe better balanced
timer 피니시
just as long and as spicy, just a little fresher. In the same league but one rank above. 80 points . Mortlach 1994/2007 (58.7%, Norse Cask)
