테이스팅 노트
오랜 세월이 빚어낸 깊은 호박색이 잔 안에서 묵직하게 자리한다. 1936년 모틀락이 증류한 원액을 50년 숙성시킨 후 고든 앤 맥파일이 크리스털 데캔터에 담아 1986년 출시한 이 보틀링은 짙은 가죽과 오래된 책장, 절인 자두와 마른 무화과의 향이 깊이 쌓인다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도의 절제된 도수가 셰리의 농밀한 단맛과 호두, 정향과 흙냄새의 무게를 차례로 풀어낸다. 반세기의 침묵이 마지막까지 우아하게 머문다.
