셰리 우드에서 25년을 보낸 이 모틀락은 통이 새긴 짙은 개성 위로 증류소 특유의 육중한 골격을 드러낸다. 향에서는 고무와 시가 상자, 마른 자두 같은 강렬한 톤이 겹겹이 열린다. 56.8도의 기운이 입에서는 비터 오렌지와 우스터 소스, 조린 캐러멜과 풋 후추의 개성 강한 맛으로 번진다. 짙은 황금빛을 띠며 여운은 셰리와 오크가 얽힌 묵직한 톤으로 오래 이어진다.
