테이스팅 노트
오래된 청동빛 호박이 잔 속에서 묵직하게 빛난다. 더프타운의 야수라 불리는 모틀락의 1987년 빈티지는 28년 숙성으로 다듬어진 고기 육수 같은 깊이와 가죽, 말린 자두의 향을 켜켜이 쌓아 올린다. 한 모금은 흑설탕과 호두, 묵은 오크의 풍미가 두꺼운 질감으로 입을 채우며 광물성의 짭짤함을 남긴다. 55.3도의 도수는 묵직한 풍미를 단단히 떠받친다. 여운은 가죽과 다크 초콜릿이 길고 진하게 이어진다.

in the style of the very nice Wemyss, only with more of these grassy/herbal notes that I enjoy a lot. Capers and olives, damp chalk, concrete, bitter oranges, linseed oil, and a really funny touch of earthy banana (fallen on the ground). Very Mortlachian. With water: class! Lemon barley chalk

superb! Creamy yet tart tropical fruit liqueur, grapefruits, spearmint, touches of ginger, aniseed, wormwood in the background (yep even a feeling of absinthe)… All is well and all is good now. With water: have I already written ‘superb’? Fab citrus and perfect light wax, plus these mineral touches. Adopted
