노즈에서는 1957년 빈티지 모틀락의 산화된 무화과, 묵은 가죽, 가벼운 향신료 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 25년 숙성에도 1957 빈티지의 시간 압축이 노즈 전반을 지배한다. 팰럿은 46도의 단정한 도수가 다크 초콜릿, 호두, 마른 자두의 구조감을 자연스럽게 풀어내며 균형이 단단하게 잡힌다. 카덴헤드 덤피 보틀 1978년 병입답게 모틀락 특유의 미트한 깊이가 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 길게 발전하며 산화된 오크의 쌉쌀함이 깊게 머문다.
