짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 원숙하게 빛난다. 스페이사이드 글렌로시스가 1997년 증류해 셰리 캐스크에서 20년을 보낸 이 위스키는 말린 무화과와 오렌지, 바닐라 커스터드의 향을 풍성하게 끌어올린다. 50.3도의 기운이 건포도와 흑설탕, 볶은 견과를 둥근 결로 입안에 펼친다. 셰리가 빚어낸 농익은 과일과 향신료의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

a strong contender, but this is rather fully on Mars bars, millionaire shortbread, biltong, mocha and roasted chestnuts. The jury's still out.
