잔을 흔들어 향을 열면 리필 셰리가 남긴 밝은 금빛이 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 글렌로시스 특유의 옅은 먼지 뉘앙스 위로 퍼티와 샌들우드, 딸기 사탕 같은 단내가 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 53.4도가 날카롭고 뜨겁게 번지며 꿀과 함께 비누 같은 꽃향을 혀 위로 밀어낸다. 삼킨 뒤에는 마른 오트밀과 향긋한 꽃 뉘앙스가 짧게 남아 1988년 23년 셰리 캐스크의 개성 강한 성격을 솔직하게 전한다.

Hot molten plastic, burnt polystyrene, acetone and more rather nasty soapiness
