노즈에서는 글렌로시스 1988 특유의 몰트 단맛 위로 리필 셰리가 남긴 딸기 사탕과 꿀, 백단향의 향이 함께 두드러진다. 셰리 호그스헤드에서 25년을 보낸 만큼 은은한 당류의 단맛과 마른 나무의 뉘앙스가 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 53도의 도수가 날카롭고 뜨겁게 열리며 꽃향과 향신료, 옅은 셰리의 향미가 강하게 밀려온다. 스페이사이드 올드 셰리 몰트다운 개성이 뚜렷하되 호불호가 갈릴 구성이다. 피니시는 꽃향과 마른 오크가 다소 짧게 이어지는 빈티지 보틀링이다.

Hot molten plastic, burnt polystyrene, acetone and more rather nasty soapiness
