테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 클라이넬리시 특유의 왁스 같은 질감과 시트러스 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 1993년 버번 배럴에서 25년을 보낸 이 칸 모르 보틀링은 양초 왁스와 꿀, 마른 풀이 차례로 발전한다. 48.1도의 도수는 팰럿에서 레몬 껍질과 보리 단맛, 옅은 미네랄을 또렷하게 밀어올리며 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 특유의 기름진 왁스 노트와 흰 후추가 깊게 머물러, 장기 숙성 클라이넬리시의 구조감을 명확하게 드러낸다.
