향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
은은한 금빛이 잔 속에서 맑게 빛난다. 1993년에 증류돼 30년을 보낸 클라이넬리시는 이 증류소 특유의 밀랍 같은 질감을 오랜 시간 동안 정성껏 다듬어 왔다. 향에서는 양초 왁스와 레몬 커드, 마른 풀 향이 섬세하게 어우러진다. 입에 머금으면 42.1도의 부드러운 도수가 꿀과 감귤, 소금기 어린 미네랄을 매끄럽게 풀어낸다. 입안을 코팅하는 듯한 기름진 질감이 인상적이고 여운은 옅은 바다 내음과 함께 길게 이어지며 잔잔히 잠겨 든다. 왁스 같은 질감이 혀를 코팅하며 클라이넬리시 특유의 기름진 개성을 또렷하게 드러낸다.
